Milestones

Last week we celebrated a birthday!

Here she is with her cake - she wanted a chocolate lab puppy. I thought it turned out alright.

"Mr. Big Stuff"
He is getting so big and growing and changing so fast! He's going to be running around here before I know it!

Shoeboxes

Each year our church collects items for "Operation Christmas Child." We then get everyone together and fill shoeboxes with hygiene items
and small toys. These boxes are then sent to children across the world. In some places this is the only Christmas present the children get.

Here I am with a couple of the boys, getting ready to go fill our box.

Micah was well cared for while Eddie and I helped pack boxes! :-)

Here is picture of almost all the group -- I think we had a couple of people hiding in the back!

Family Service

The last Sunday of October we had a family service (instead of AWANA and evening service) with lots of special music.

They weren't the only ones to sing, but thought I'd just put their pictures on here.

"The Three Eds"

With October being "Pastor Appreciation" Month a couple of guys wanted to show their appreciation the last Sunday.

We all laughed so hard! :-)

Vacation - Part 2

After Yampa, we stayed at an apartment provided by VM down in Grand Juction. While there we took the kids to Bananas Fun Park. We had so much fun just playing around.

I think the bumper boats were the biggest hit! ;-)

Next we got to visit some friends in Montrose for a quick stop, then had to head home.

Isn't Colorado beautiful?!

Vacation - Part 1

We took a much needed family vacation this fall. It was so nice to get away as a family. What better place to be than Colorado?! We were gone a week and just made a loop through Colorado. It was absolutely beautiful in the mountains. The first part of our trip we were able to see some friends in Frisco.

Then we stayed at a pastor's retreat in Yampa. It was a great place to hike and play in the leaves. The kids loved it!

It was seriously gorgeous!
