This year for our Christmas program at AWANA the kids did a musical called "Away from the Manger." It wasn't a true re-telling of the Christmas story, but an imaginary story about those who didn't come to celebrate the birth of Jesus and the excuses they made.
It was a good reminder about how often we make excuses about why we don't seek God
and celebrate all that He does for us!
